Terms of Services

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Tripixe has assembled the following outline of their terms and conditions to assist customers in knowing their rights and responsibilities.  We ask that all potential customers read this document, and the Privacy Policy, in full.

As per this agreement, the customer shall comply by all regulations in the current Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).  By purchasing our goods and services, the user acknowledges that he/she has read this policy and the privacy policy, and understands that both documents will be the deciding factors for any disputes.

 

Terms of Services

- Term; Termination; Cancellation Policy.

  • The ‘term’ of the web hosting or domain registration fee will be determined at the time of checkout.  By choosing one of the options, the user agrees that Tripixe can use recurring bill payments to withdraw the necessary funds until the agreement is terminated.

  • This Agreement may be terminated

    • by either party by giving the other party thirty (30) days prior written notice subject to clearing all fees on the account (customer may transfer domain)

    • by Tripixe in the event of nonpayment by Customer,

    • by Tripixe, at any time, if Tripixe feels that the customer has violated any terms of the AUP.

    • If you cancel this Agreement, upon proper notice to Tripixe, prior to the end of the Initial Term or any Term thereafter, you shall be obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such cancellation.

     

- Customer's Responsibilities.

  • Customer is solely responsible for the quality, performance and all other aspects of the Customer Content and the goods or services provided through the Customer Web site.

  • Customers agree not to publish any obscene or pornographic material.  Moreover, customers shall not include any discriminatory content based on religion, politics, etc. or link to such websites.

  • Customers agree not to host Music Files, Softwares, Cracks, Hacking Stuff or any copyrighted material for which they do not have written permission to distribute or link to such websites.

  • The customer must notify Tripixe of any changes to their personal account information. This can be done via the online control panel, or through email.

  • Customer assumes full responsibility for providing end users with any required disclosure or explanation of the various features of the Customer Web site and any goods or services described therein, as well as any rules, terms or conditions of use.

  • Customer is solely responsible for making back-up copies of the Customer Web site and Customer Content.

  • Spam will not be tolerated in any form.  Customer will be issued a warning or be suspended without warning.

  • Hosted clients may send 200 emails per hour.

  • Any site that uses too much of Tripixe’s server resources (CPU, Ram or otherwise) or causes server malfunctions will be suspended.

- Billing and Payment.

  • Customer will pay to Tripixe the fees as lined out per the order form.

  • Tripixe may increase the fee as they see fit, assuming they provide the client one term (week, month, etc.) of warning.

  • The Service Fees do not include any applicable sales or use taxes which may be necessary.

  • Domain fees are non-refundable.

  • Bandwidth over-usage is Rs.60 per GB.

  • The Service Fees, unless otherwise noted, are listed in Pakistani Rupees – PKR – Rs.  They may be converted between United States Dollars and Rupees, and rounded as currency exchange rates require.

  • Rupees, Rs, PKR refers to Pakistani Rupees.

  • If Paying through Credit Card, StormPay or E-Gold, customer will be responsible for all Service and Processing Fee charged by Providers.

  • Unless otherwise specified, all fees and related charges shall be due and payable within thirty (30) days after the date of the invoice. If any invoice is not paid within seven (7) days after the date of the invoice, Tripixe may charge a late fee of Rs.200 or $5.00.  If these fees are not paid, Tripixe may revoke their services.

  • If any check is returned for insufficient funds Tripixe may impose a processing charge of Rs.500 or $10.00.

  • There may be a Rs. 1000 or $25.00 charge to reinstate accounts that have been suspended or terminated.

  • YOU ACKNOWLEDGE, AGREE AND AUTHORIZE AVONIX TO AUTOMATICALLY BILL AND/OR CHARGE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR SUCCESSIVE TERMS OF EQUAL LENGTH AS THE INITIAL TERM, UNLESS TERMINATED OR CANCELLED BY EITHER PARTY.

- Refund Policy.

  • Domain Registration and Transfer Fee is non-Refundable.

  • Newly created hosting accounts are subject to 30 Day Refund Policy.

  • Tripixe will refund unused portion of Account balance, or the amount that service was not Provided for.
